Recipient agrees to cooperate with Provider and to provide all necessary information and documentation relevant to the legal matters for which assistance is requested.
This agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely, subject to termination by either party in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party. Termination shall be effective upon receipt of such notice, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
